Decorus began as a pilot project in September 2005 when its founders decided to form a specialized staffing services company with unique characteristics. Founded on an integration of Company, Career, and Community, Decorus associates would be active participants in the San Diego Community and the Community would take part in Decorus’ successes.
Since then, Decorus expanded with the economic growth of the San Diego Community and the increasing demands of the staffing and recruiting industry. With our deep understanding of current market trends, industry knowledge, and our vast network of connections, we understand and meet our clients’ requests for specialized talents who provide both a technical and cultural fit in our clients’ companies. We increase our clients’ efficiency and allow them to focus on their core businesses by reducing candidate search times and pre-screening the best candidates in the industry to ensure long term fit.
